It is good to welcome you to my personal blog.
Here you will find a mixture of images, personal reflections on what I see through the lenses of my camera and my Christian faith. Your responses are welcome.
I am currently in the process of transferring ‘Just Images’ from a dedicated photography site to this one, so some of the more recent posts are indeed just images, with no reflection – I leave that to you!
A one-time teacher of art and design, now a Christian minister who dabbles in photography. Between these I have a strong interest in how faith is expressed in visual ways.
After a spell teaching ceramics and a return to college for theological training, I have pastored churches in Crosby, Liverpool, Runcorn, Cheshire and currently in Solihull, West Midlands. Inbetween I have served Birmingham Churches Together and Churches Together in England. Photography has allowed me to maintain my interest and participation in the visual arts while the use of other media have been impractical. I now find it a key means of engaging with the world around me, encouraging me to see what otherwise might be overlooked and then to reflect.
